All-on-4 and All-on-6 replace a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed set of teeth held by four or six implants. They are designed for people who are missing most or all of their teeth and want something firmer than a removable denture.

I offer digitally planned full-arch rehabilitation, including All-on-4, All-on-6 and other advanced implant configurations, based on what your mouth actually needs.

What are All-on-4 and All-on-6?

  • All-on-4: four carefully positioned implants support a complete fixed arch of replacement teeth.
  • All-on-6: six carefully positioned implants support a complete fixed arch, where it is clinically appropriate.

Both aim to bring back chewing function, the look of your smile and your confidence. Which one suits you depends on your bone, your bite and your anatomy.

Why choose full mouth dental implants?

  • Fixed teeth instead of a removable denture
  • A more stable, comfortable bite
  • A natural-looking smile with custom-made teeth
  • Digital planning for precise implant positions
  • In selected cases, fixed provisional teeth may be fitted soon after surgery
  • Screw-retained teeth where suitable, so they are easier to maintain

What if I don’t have enough bone?

When bone is limited, treatment may use tilted implants or advanced anchorage such as pterygoid or zygomatic implants, depending on your anatomy. The number of implants and the final design are decided only after a full clinical and radiographic assessment.

Screw-retained full-arch teeth

Where appropriate, I use screw-retained, implant-supported teeth. They can be removed professionally for cleaning, maintenance or repair, with no dental cement involved.

How I plan a full-arch case

  • Detailed consultation and examination
  • 3D CBCT scan and digital planning
  • Assessment of bone quantity, bone quality and gum health
  • Choice of the right implant configuration for your case
  • Surgery and, where suitable, immediate provisional teeth
  • Final prosthesis, then regular maintenance

All-on-4 / All-on-6 FAQs

Is All-on-4 better than All-on-6?

Neither is better in every case. All-on-6 can suit patients with enough bone and higher chewing demands. All-on-4 can be a good option when bone is more limited. I advise after examining you.

Can I get teeth on the same day?

Sometimes. Immediate provisional teeth are possible only when the implants are stable and your clinical situation allows it.

Do I need bone grafting first?

Not always. Tilted or advanced implants can sometimes reduce the need for grafting, but it is decided after assessment.

Will I still need check-ups?

Yes. Regular hygiene visits and maintenance are essential to keep the implants and teeth healthy.
